1. Services
LENLAB provides content production and design services including graphic design, video editing, social media content, copywriting, website maintenance, and related digital content ("Services"). The specific deliverables, revision rounds, and turnaround times for your plan are outlined on our pricing page and confirmed at the time of purchase.
2. Payment & Billing
- All plans are billed monthly and processed securely via our payment processor
- Payments are due at the start of each billing cycle
- Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change with 30 days' notice
- We do not store your card details — all payment data is handled securely by our payment processor
- Failed payments may result in a temporary suspension of your account
3. Cancellation & Refunds
- You may cancel your subscription at any time — cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
- Due to the custom nature of our services, we do not offer refunds once content has been delivered
- If you are unsatisfied with your first delivery, contact us within 48 hours of receiving it and we will work with you to make it right through additional revisions or a credit toward your next month
- If no content has been delivered yet and you wish to cancel, contact us at [email protected] within 24 hours of payment for a full refund consideration
4. Revisions
Each plan includes a set number of revision rounds per month. Content is delivered in 2 batches per month, and revision rounds can be applied across either batch:
- Starter — 2 revision rounds (1 per batch)
- Pro — 4 revision rounds (2 per batch)
- Studio — 6 revision rounds (3 per batch)
A revision round is defined as one consolidated set of feedback applied to a delivered batch of content. Additional revision rounds beyond your plan's monthly allowance may be requested and will be quoted separately.
5. Turnaround Times
LENLAB aims to deliver your first content batch within 48 hours of receiving your completed brand brief. Turnaround times are estimates and may vary depending on plan volume, complexity, and brief completeness. LENLAB is not liable for delays caused by incomplete or late submission of brand assets or information from the client.
6. Client Responsibilities
To receive your Services, you agree to:
- Submit your brand brief accurately and promptly after payment
- Provide brand assets (logos, colours, references) as requested
- Ensure all materials you provide to us do not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights
- Provide timely feedback within 5 business days of each delivery to avoid delays
7. Intellectual Property
- Upon full payment, you own the final approved content we create for you
- LENLAB retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing
- You grant LENLAB a licence to use your brand assets solely for the purpose of producing your content
- We do not claim ownership over any brand assets, logos, or materials you provide to us
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use LENLAB's Services to create content that:
- Is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or fraudulent
- Infringes on any third party's intellectual property rights
- Promotes hate speech, discrimination, or violence
- Violates any applicable laws or platform terms of service
LENLAB reserves the right to refuse or terminate service if these conditions are violated, without refund.
9. Limitation of Liability
LENLAB's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days prior to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or WhatsApp at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of our Services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance.
